Whether you'd like to spend your days at the beach, explore the best our city has to offer or relax by the private pool our home will be sure to suit you perfectly! Our beautiful home has been tastefully furnished by our local professional designer. Centrally located, you'll be less than 5 minutes from the sandy gulf beaches, 25 minutes from Tampa and 25 minutes from St Pete. This pool has a heated option for an extra fee, please contact us for more info.

🌡️🏊 Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

💰Nightly rate – Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.

📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

🚗 Parking – Double car garage, 4 in driveway, and ample street parking.

🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

PET RULES
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors:
• Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may require the pet to be removed from the property.
• Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.

SAFETY POLICY

It was okay once we cleaned up the kitchen, washed the cutlery and removed the ants from the counter. We did laundry in the garage but first swept out of dead beetles beside the old mattress. The pool and backyard need lots of work and the falling and missing fence is conveniently missing from all pictures. The pool heater wasn’t working and was quickly fix but we unfortunately lost a two days of use. The stay was fine but expected more.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

RENTER BEWARE! For starters they make you do payment OFF PLATFORM, which is against VRBO policy. They had me sign at least 10 different documents, send pictures of everyone's IDs, send written letters that someone over 25 was staying there and even accusing me of throwing a party. I could go on and on about before we even got to the property. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! upon arriving to the property the hot tub or pool does not heat up and has clearly not been cleaned in months. The floors are disgusting leaving dirt and dust all over your socks also clearly not cleaned AT ALL. The couch is broken the fridge does not dispense water and the support team did not send anyone out to fix this. this place is a scam do not rent here. There is much better options in the same area. THIS PROPERTY IS AGAINST VRBO TERMS. DO NOT RENT!!!!!

The location of the house was nice, it was easy access to the beach, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, and residential. We took our dogs with us, because the pictures show a fenced in backyard, however, the fence was broken and had a gaping hole in, as well as many spaces with boards missing or broken, and a very large gap along the bottom. Needless to say, we had to leash the dogs to take them out. The pool was dirty when we arrived. It was cleaned out midweek. We did pay for 6 days of pool heat, and it did start out warm the first day, but seemed to cool quickly after that. There were seven of us staying in the house, and there was more than enough places for people to sleep, however the lounge area, where the tv was, was small and only had a couch and two hard chairs. Def. not enough room to gather as a family and watch tv. The water heater broke, and they were very quick to respond and get that taken care of. All in all, we would not rent this home again, it needs a lot of attention, but given the attentiveness of the rental company, we would rent a property that they managed.

This house is not ok. We have lots of problem when we stay here.

At first day, I have to clean the garage. Second day no ice, we have buy bag of ice. Lots of insert inside the house. The hot tup is not working. The fan making very noise when we turn it on. Every window each room is mold, dirty and stained. System AC water leaking on cealing. And much more. This property need to be improved. To be honest. It is not worth for me to stay 5 night and paid almost 4k. I really disappointed. Will never coming back. Not recommend to stay here .

The updates in home are nice but things are in need of repair. Guest bath door rubs against floor and is breaking the bottom of the door. Missing door knobs on kitchen cabinets. The half bath had a missing window panel. One of the chef knives in the kitchen looked like someone had tired to chop up concrete it was so jagged. Unkept landscaping in the back and pool area was also terribly unkept; the fencing around it that would prevent your kids or pets to accidentally get into the pool was hardly standing on its own and completely unsafe. The steps on the deep end of the pool to get out were about to fall off and we’re rusted at the end where the railing meets pool deck. Pool deck area needed a good pressure wash and there were wooden poles and the skimmer for the pool just lying on the deck. Pool was very dirty and the hot tub was even worse. I went with this VRBO because of the pool and now I wish I hadn’t because that was the worse thing about the whole property. A waste of extra money spent on a property with a pool that was suppose to be the biggest and best part of our weekend away.

The address of this property was easy to find, was in a nice,quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, and the pool and patio were great hits of the property. There were plenty of beach towels. The house was renovated nicely. The only cons were the TV's were run by Roku and no batteries in the TV remote, no instructions, so no TV watching. We ran out of garbage liners. The daybed squeaked, teen moved to the sofa. All minor things. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and Andrew was quick to reply to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, less than ten minutes from public parking at Indian Rocks Beach! We were amazed by how quick and easy it was to get from the house to the beach. The spacious, open concept living and dining room gave us plenty of room to relax and for our two dogs and toddler to play. Property management was great to work with, consistently responding quickly to messages and addressing our concerns. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property to those looking for a dog-friendly space close to the beach.

Family’s first joint vacation

The property was close to everything needed and had enough beds for everyone! The pool was perfect and hot tub was awesome (with an extra charge of course to heat them). Would suggest some more instructions on how to use them, luckily we are pool owners so we were able to figure it out. The pool stairs in the deep end were broken and ripped out of the concrete, notified maintenance so they are aware. The kitchen table and outdoor patio table were huge and outside had enough seating however the inside table only had 6 chairs. The House was a great size for our group of nine however would suggest another couch in the living room. We could have moved the couch from the master however we didn’t want to cause any damage so decided against it. The laundry was nice and washer and dryer worked great! Overall we were really happy with our stay and would return.

Great home in nice location

The home was very clean and nicely renovated. The property manager got back to me quickly when I had a question. Heating the pool was a bit more than we expected cost wise but they had it ready to go when we got there. The neighborhood was quiet and in a very nice area. My only complaint would be that the trash was already half way full when we got there so it was extra full when we left. Also there was no light outside by the pool which was a bit frustrating but those are small things and I would definitely stay here again

1. The day we arrived, the pool was dirty and we had to wait for someone to come out and clean it. 2. There were few broken things already when we entered which we would like to point out so that we don’t get charged. - the curtain rod in the main room was broken - there were scratches on the floor - the bed in the main room had the bolt 3. The paper towels for the bathrooms were very low on supply for these many guests & no holder for them either? I read this was a newly renovated place and it certain wasn’t. 4. The garbage bags only had 2 left when we walked in. Had to purchase our own.

Our stay was good but a little stressful on the ladies due to non-working dishwasher and damage to one of our new T-Shirts in the laundry. 1. The dishes and utensils were dirty when we checked in. My guess is the people who checked out before us just put it in and left not knowing it's not working as the dish washer was not working from the very first day. It was great we had the maintenance guy come in the second day but he didn't do anything and left. The ladies were really upset that they had to spend time washing the dishes rather than spend some quality time. In fact, even the day we left we could have just shoved all the dishes in the dishwasher and let it run fully knowing that they would remain dirty but we did not and washed all the dishes we used by hand. 2. One of our T-Shirts got ripped in the washer/dryer. 3. The sofa/sleeper in the living room had a broken frame. The maintenance guy came in the second day and put some screws. Yet, it was pretty flimsy and we were so scared to use it that we had to keep the kids off it. 4. The toaster oven would get stuck burning the bread. We had to manually shut it off. 5. The powder room door would not lock, the maintenance guy fixed it. 6. One of the bedrooms fan light would not work. In fact, many of the light fixtures were missing bulbs. 7. The garbage was more than half full when we checked in making it difficult for us to throw the garbage.
