The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and hear the gentle splash of the private pool, while the scent of fresh‑cut grass drifts from the backyard. A soft glow from the fire pit invites you to linger under a canopy of stars, and the sound of laughter from a game of cornhole fills the evening air. Here, relaxation blends with playful moments, creating a perfect backdrop for family getaways or group escapes.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms are arranged for comfort and privacy. Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet retreat. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each provide a Full bed and a Twin bed, ideal for families or friends sharing space. Bedroom 4 contains a Full bed, perfect for solo travelers or smaller groups. With six beds in total, the home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests.



Outdoor living

The backyard is the heart of the property. Dive into the private pool on warm days, then cool off on the surrounding lounge chairs. A fire pit waits for cozy evenings, and a dedicated area holds a cornhole set and a putting green for friendly competition. A grill and ample seating make outdoor meals easy and enjoyable.

A Pack ’n play/travel crib is provided for little ones, and a smart TV offers entertainment after a day of adventure. Just three miles from the beach, you’re minutes from sand, surf, and sunrise walks. Seminole City Park lies 1.5 miles away, perfect for picnics and outdoor activities. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is only 3.5 miles from the door, making arrivals and departures hassle‑free. The neighborhood blends quiet residential charm with easy access to local attractions.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community, lush landscaping, and a relaxed, suburban feel. It's often described as a great place to live with a small-town charm, and it's particularly popular with retirees, though it also attracts families. Our home is strategically located near everything you need. It is just a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. The area is also well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County.



You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity.



Getting Around:

Driving is the most convenient and common way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. The property is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, which runs east-to-west, and Seminole Boulevard, which provides a key north-to-south route. This makes it easy to reach beaches, shopping, and neighboring cities.



Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes, the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County. You can easily rent bikes from local shops and use the trail to explore different communities and access cafes, shops, and parks.



Taxis are also an option, though they are generally less common than rideshare services in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
