This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful decor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful, sugar sand beach. 109 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces.
