This spacious 1st-floor (not ground level) vacation rental has delightful contemporary décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. 114 offers a full size, newly updated, fully-equipped kitchen complete with adjacent wine bar area and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 king in the 3rd bedroom. This corner condo also offers a smaller, second balcony on the east side of the building. Washer/Dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces.
