Living/dining room, three bedrooms and two full baths. 303 has an upgraded and fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed for at home dining. Living room and master bedroom both open to a private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking our sparkling, sugar sand beach. Flat panel color cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Full size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 king size bed in the 3rd bedroom. 303 has Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.
