Ram Sea 312 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 3rd floor condo has a delightfully beachy decor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Both the living room and master bedroom open to the private balcony. Balcony also includes a cozy swing for sunset viewing, dolphin parades and early morning coffee time. Recently renovated, full size and fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Kitchen also has an adjacent wine bar with a wine fridge for those sunset cocktails! Flat Panel, color, cable, televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms. DVD player also included Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls.

Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom.

No smoking. Washer/Dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

This condo comes with gym access at Beachfront Fitness which is only a short walk away from Ram Sea. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons (1-27-22). Please call inquire for available exceptions. Two parking spaces. Maximum occupancy: 8
