This spacious 4th-floor condo is comfortably decorated and has a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach. 406 features a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-operated laundry located on same floor. Maximum occupancy: 6. No smoking. No pets. Comes with two parking spaces. Saturday arrivals only, in peak seasons.
