Other things to note:

Each reservation comes with one free parking spot. A parking pass is required and will be inside unit upon arrival. Spots available on first-come, first-serve basis. Free on-street parking for additional cars, or paid daily parking available at a rate of $20/day on exterior lot across from waterpark entrance.

There are 3 elevators in the building. However, only one elevator goes all the way to the 8th/top floor where the unit is located. To get to the elevator you must go through the garage to the very back, closest to the marina. There is no street/front door lobby entrance to the building.

This condo offers its guests a water park and an outdoor pool. This condo also features laundry facilities and an elevator.

This Indian Rocks Beach condo is smoke free.
