The place is literally a block from the beach. Parking is kinda a hustle as you have city parking by day and then you can find free parking after the sunset. Rooms are mid 90s like suites, nothing new or fancy, but everything served it's purpose. The guy, Jeff I believe, is a one man employee. He literally does everything so you have to be patient, but he's super sweet and down-to-earth. If you are looking for close to beach and okay with the typical independent Indian owned hotels, you will be okay, if not you will absolutely hate it.

It was wonderful. The manager Frank was amazing. My father had some mobility problems so he was able to change our room in the second floor to the first floor. I used to travel for a living, and I don’t think I’ve ever had staff go this much out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. Rooms were very clean. The beach access was right across the street. Right down the street from restaurants and nightlife. It was perfect, laid back vibe but within a block of everything. We will definitely be coming back!

Pictures of the place totally misrepresented the place. The first suite they took us to was horrible. Old furniture, an old air conditioner with the cord cut and duck tape on the air conditioner itself. Bed in the bedroom was old and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was digusting and the bathroom door had water damage on the bottom the wood was all warped and splitting. Everything was old.Inside the refrigerator there was rust, mold and some kind of part to the frig just in then freeze. The pool looked nothing like it did in the picture as far as being in good shape. Paint was old and stained. I complain and the manager to us to another suit. Looks like it was recently renovated. Towels in the bathroom where old and mismatched especially the hand towels I regular hand and one microfiber towel the kind you use for cleaning. There is so much more! Grass over grown. Just a trashy looking place.The staff were very nice

Room needed some tlc Several things need to be repaired As far as plates, silverware, pots and pans, it was obvious that they were just picked up from here and there and not a lot of them. Decor was horrendous and shotty at best. I expected better for the price I paid

There was absolutely NOBODY out on the street when we got there at 7:30m! That was my first clue that this motel was in a bad neighborhood! DO NOT stay here! The place was so dirty, it looks like it has NEVER been cleaned!!!! The furniture is broken and the bedding hasn’t been washed in God knows how long. It smelled like Fabuloso and the inside of a Goodwill. The TV in the bedroom did not work and when I asked for assistance I was told ,” must be the cable company”. When I asked to be changed to a room with a working television he simply stopped responding. Help was available by text only- no live person to talk to. There is no way I’d ever stay here again, even if they paid me.
