The main bedroom has a comfy King bed, its own bathroom with tub/shower, and a balcony with killer views of the Gulf. One guest room has 2 Queen beds, while the other has 1 Queen bed with full bathroom with tub/shower off the hallway. The living area is spacious and opens up to a big balcony overlooking the beach. The open floor plan includes a dining area and a large kitchen, perfect for whipping up some beach snacks. TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
