Retro motel. Loved the check-in clerk. He was very friendly and professional. Room was O.K. It's a motel. Not expecting much. Cute fridge and toaster oven and artwork. Bed was more of a big cot. Not comfortable. Floor was very stained. I think it was terrazo. We kept our shoes on. Bathroom rusty. I know it went through storms, so trying not to judge too much. Had to leave early due to an injury, but kinda glad to get back home and avoid another night in the cot anyway. Did not get a chance to use the pool or visit the beach, so can't comment on that.

Very nice small hotel. Room had been recently remodeled and was so comfortable. Pool area was good size and pool was clear and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was convenient and lit was clean. Well lit at night. Will definitely stay here again!

This retro style motel was a great place to stay. The new heated pool was wonderful and the grounds were well kept and inviting. The staff were exceptonal. We would definitely come back!

This was our third year at Sea Jay, the beach is just across the canal. You can take a bike ride on the boardwalk. Restaurants and shopping within a mile at John's Pass.

Sea Jay Stay

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sea Jay. The rooms and motel grounds were clean, bed comfortable, and the employees friendly and helpful. The location was outstanding. A block off of the main street, so it was quiet, and minutes from the beach. There was even an equipment rental place on the short walk to the beach for chairs, umbrellas and bikes that was very reasonable. We are definitely planning on booking here again in the future!

Loved this motel! The rooms have been kept period-correct which is fun (terrazzo, decor, etc.) Staff was super friendly, and pool was warm and clean. Can’t beat the location. Would love to stay again :)
