Home away from home -Sea Oats 106 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Redington Shores.. This charming 1st floor (not ground level) vacation rental includes a private balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach.

Vacation rental 106 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color, flat panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a 2 queen beds in the main bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer.

Private Tennis Court recently refurbished.. Heated pool. Redington Pier is no longer present.

No smoking. No pets. Two parking spaces. Saturday to Saturday arrivals in peak seasons.

Wonderful accommodations. Well stocked kitchen for dine in meals. Balcony is large and great for watching the sunsets. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The property at Sea Oats was very well maintained. Our unit was very clean when we arrived. The condo was very comfortable. The pool was wonderful. It was clean and warm despite the cooler evenings. The location was great. Lots of restaurants with parking available. We had an amazing week and would highly recommend any unit at Sea Oats.

JC Resorts were very responsive when we needed to contact them for a few minor issues. We were a little disappointed with some of the kitchen amenities. There were only 3 paper towels left on the holder to get us started. No dish soap and very flimsy dish rags. While they say the kitchen is fully stocked there were limitations. Can opener did not work, there were no hot pads to remove items from the oven, 1 of the hair dryers did not work - thankfully they had one in each bathroom so we shared one that worked. For the price to stay, they could have provided a better "starter" package until we could get to a store to purchase what was needed for a week stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Great deck seating! And the property/grounds is very well maintained
