Welcome to the Dolphin Suite 🐬, a themed waterside bungalow (1/2 of duplex) right on the intracoastal of Treasure Island. The perfect location, our duplex has a large back exterior stone patio, plenty of seating and sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and a private boat dock -- YES, you can park a boat (extra fee), FISH, and your PETS are more than welcome 🐕 our property is fully renovated and comes with free parking! It's LESS THAN A 9 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH!

Welcome to the Dolphin Suite 🐬 (PET FRIENDLY) – one of two units at our WATERFRONT duplex. This cozy 1 bed, 1 bath retreat has been freshly updated with coastal-inspired décor, durable vinyl flooring, a warm electric fireplace, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Boat parking fees vary. Please inquire for exact rates. Minimum rate starting at $100 per night, varies depending on time of year and length of stay. Discounts on longer stays - longer than 7 days, 20% off per night.

We provide monthly pest control, but Florida does have common pests – you may see one occasionally. Please note, refunds will not be issued for pest sightings.

Guest Access:
Guests have a private entrance to their unit and a separate private entrance to the shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 5-10 minutes for restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach.

Getting Around:
Many things are walking distance, though you can certainly bring a car if you'd like to explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach! If you're going to the beach parking is limited so we recommend uber or walking!

Other Things to Note:
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
