A quiet laid back hotel. Very clean facilities. Easy communication via text with office. They do a answer in a timely fashion. The housekeeping/'maintenance people are very responsible and always cater to guests.

Positives: Great location, price Negatives: Floor was dirty, my socks were black after walking on the floor. The worst part was there were giant cockroaches dead and alive. The amenities were lacking but I could have overlooked that given the price point. It was the dirty floors and cockroaches that I could not.

Very disappointed. From the pictures and reviews it sounded like it was going to be great. The only good thing was the long-term renter could help with things we needed. We had a group of 3 and we had towels for 1. He helped find some more since the office was always closed. Was also told to contact via text but couldn't get the TV to work so was told to ask him again and he helped with that too.
