Nov 2025 for my wife’s bday. Although still under renovations and only stayed one night it was excellent. Unfortunately the beachfront room with a king we chose had on-going renovations and we were not told about until we arrived. But they immediately offered us an upgrade to a suite with a city/partial bay view, 2 queen beds and balcony. It was very clean and had been updated. We didn’t have to ask for it. So this was obviously very appreciated. The staff was excellent at the front desk (Cheryl), beach boy and Rum Runners. Both dinner and breakfast was very good. However we never ventured to Harry’s. The hotel was clean overall and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great friendly helpful staff, Shelly at reception is a gem, Susie the server was the best ! Nice property, unfortunately they are remodeling after a hurrican. The views are affected and the day to night construction is a real drag. When they are done it will be beautiful.

Room and staff were great. No complaints there. There was a wedding planned, so my room was changed, place was packed, and the room service staff never answered the phone. I was looking for a peaceful place to stay for the anniversary of my son’s passing, unfortunately, I didn’t really get any closure. I would stay there again.
