DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!I booked this property in August of 2025. There was no communication from the homeowner. 3 days before our trip I received no check-in information and attempted to contact them through the VRBO app without success. No phone number was availalbe. VRBO customer support tried two more days in a row and the owners were non-responsive.We arrived at the property to find it for sale. VRBO was still not successful at making owner contact & we had to arrange for an alternate place to stay. VRBO did make us whole and covered the difference in price for the new location.I researched this address upon returning home and it was put up for sale on 9/19/25.DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!Update: This review is completely accurate. This property should be removed from listings.

Seminole visit

Great area, pretty quiet. Please note though, bring your own hair dryer and kleenex. Hosts were very accomodating.One bigger bedroom had a closet but no hanger bar and there were no hangers to be found

It was a beautiful home with a amazing floor pla n beautiful neighborhood

It was nice and relaxing after a hectic holiday season working at Amazon so we had a lot of issues at our facility with new highers this year. This is exactly what I needed I am a native that moved to Dallas 5 years ago and after this stay I have made my mind up and am moving home to St.Pete Tampa thank you very much
