Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Do not stay here unless you like frustrating vacations. No hot water, nothing like a nice cold shower in the morning.. Then to discover the shower was clogged. It was not mentioned so they knew about it, but never said anything until a bottle of Draino appeared on the porch. Day 2- Then an email followed announcing its arrival. I had not yet reported it - I knew then this was an ongoing hidden problem. So now - I am paying these people to be their plumber at 10:30 PM!!! Brown smear marks on the linens. They did replace them with new ones, but how disgusting!! One morning we found a dead roach on the floor. Every time I connected with them, I received a prerecorded message saying “ thank you for your feedback, we will send it along to the proper team member.” Nothing was resolved. Will not be staying there again!! Will not be renting from this company.
