Our condo is perfect for your extended vacation (minimum 3 months rental) Spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo with your own private balcony with beautiful intercoastal views from both the master bedroom and living room. Wonderful gated complex with heated pool, jacuzzi, clay tennis courts, fitness center, security and clubhouse. Lounge by our heated pool or take a short walk to our famous white sandy beach!
Fully equipped for your comfort: Cable TV, phone (calling card required for long distance), full kitchen including; dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens, towels, beach towels,out door grill and patio area, and of course the BEACH!
Activities: SunCoast beach trolley at door- will take you from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price. A convenient drive to Florida's major attractions! Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc. Good restaurants are in abundance within short walk or drive. Lots of diverse local shopping as well as great nearby Malls! For the beach lover- The beautiful gulf with its warm blue clean waters is at your back door. The white sandy beach provides the perfect playground for beach volleyball, walking, jogging and looking for shells. We are close to tennis courts and several Championship and Executive golf courses.
