The space
This newly renovated historic charm in the heart of North St. Pete offers patio seating and a dining area for outdoor relaxation. The backyard also has a hammock as well for relaxation! Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sectional sofa, smart TV, and board games! The fully remodeled kitchen features island seating, a coffee maker, microwave, an oven with a built in air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and baby utensils. There’s also a dining table that seats 5, perfect for group meals.
The outdoor deck includes two chairs and a bistro set, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset or sunrise with a cup of coffee.
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a TV, a dresser, books, and a closet for storage.
The second bedroom offers another queen-sized bed, along with a large dresser and closet.
The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, a workspace, a large TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It also has direct access to the backyard.
The second full bathroom includes a victorian era bathtub, shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer!
Additional amenities include high-speed internet, full access to WIFI and TV, a washer and dryer, and an ironing board. For families, you'll find a pack-and-play crib and baby bath in the master bedroom closet, as well as extra blankets, towels, and sheets.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Just a few blocks away is the SunRunner — Tampa Bay's first Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system that runs 7 days a week from 6am to midnight. It connects you directly from the neighborhood straight to the heart of Downtown St. Pete — think waterfront dining, rooftop bars, world-class museums, and the vibrant Central Avenue scene — and all the way out to St. Pete Beach on the Gulf Coast, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The full beach-to-downtown trip takes about 35 minutes, buses run every 15 minutes during the day, and each bus comes equipped with free WiFi and charging stations at every seat. Skip the parking headaches and enjoy the ride!
