PLEASE NOTE- Due to damage caused by Helene, this little bungalow has been completely remodeled (WITH PERMITS). Trust me, you won’t be disappointed….with the new kitchen island, brand new walk in shower with grab bar, and stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator;)

This bohemian beach themed bungalow has a fun yet calming vibe. With bright accent colors, you are sure to find yourself smiling as you ease into a stress free beach lifestyle. This relaxing retreat is one of only two units available (convenient if you want to bring more friends or family). It was completely remodeled in Spring 2025 with new furniture and stocked with all the comforts of home. Come and enjoy this recently landscaped paradise that includes a new dedicated outside patio to lounge and enjoy a meal.

Featuring a full kitchen, living room, a king size bed and sofa pull out. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with meticulous attention to detail, soft close drawers, lazy suzan in the corner, a deep farm style sink with a beautiful quartz countertop plus NEW appliances, including a dishwasher.

This piece of paradise has a dedicated yard area to enjoy while sitting on oversized lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside table for two.

Just steps to white sandy beaches and less than a .5 block to Gulf Boulevard…You are in the main hub of it all; Restaurants, Beach Access, Music, Parks, Pubs, Groceries, Shopping, Yoga, Ice Cream, and More.

Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 3 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 1 pull out sofa bed, and 4 baths. Sabrina is an amazing hostess. We were just across the street to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach wasn’t as crowded as Clearwater, which was perfect for us. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. Everything was clean. Definitely would recommend.

Proximity to beach and restaurants was excellent. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the neighborhood and all that the location had to offer. We really enjoyed the bicycles that were provided as well as all of the beach necessities( umbrella-chairs-wagon-beach towels). The pictures that are provided are a true representation of the property. We would stay there again!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. After the spending the first part of week at an Orlando hotel this intimate residence was a relaxing change of pace for enjoying the beach. Quiet and convenient to the beach, we had everything we needed. At first I didn't think much of the provided beach items but having the wagon, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys allowed us to have a great experience as we couldn't bring anything since we were flying.

Perfect trip and location

Me and my wife need a few days away. Smaller home in great location to restaurants, shops, and bar on corner of the street. Just a 3 minute walk to beach. Owner’s supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, cooler, towels and wagon to bring everything to beach. House was clean. Good size for a couple or smaller family. We enjoyed our stay, thanks again.

Enjoyable Plum Paradise

We stayed for one week at Plum Paradise, and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We were just steps from the beautiful beach and the local restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hurricane Eddies for dinner and drinks which was just a 2 minute walk. This nicely decorated beach cottage had plenty of space for us with a king bed along with an open floor plan with lots of windows to let in lots of light. We love Indian Rocks Beach, and Plum Paradise made our stay very enjoyable!
