Straight ahead the cozy sectional, recliner in the living room complete with a queen Murphy bed to accommodate extra guests. Step out on the balcony overlooking the stunning Gulf of America and soak in the sun to enjoy your morning coffee. Enter the spacious Master bedroom from the balcony stepping into a fully updated King bedroom with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and walk-in closet. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Sheets and bedding can be piled on their respective beds. Towels should be placed into clothes basket. Wring out very wet ones and place @ the "Top" of the heap.
Set air conditioner to 77 degrees. Double check to see all faucets turned off. Make sure stove and oven is "Off".
Please close Patio doors @ Master BR and Living room access. No need to lock those. Leave keys and KeyCards on kitchen counter next to coffee maker. Lock front door using "Lock symbol" on Keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
