Stylish Seaside Retreat Beach and Pool

The location is amazing, only steps from Upham beach. A fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and dining and the living space is ample for relaxation.

The Pool is open year-round and heated! For added convenience we provide beach chairs, umbrella and a buggy.

Please note that some lower units are still in various phases of completion after hurricanes.

Once you arrive at the beachside location, you will walk upstairs to your 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd Floor. Recently renovated, it performs as a very modern and well designed unit with a full kitchen, living, dining, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a new king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances including a dishwasher and stocked with everything you need to cook your vacation meals. Beach essentials include a beach buggy, umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels! Parking pass for 1 vehicle, high speed wifi and a large work station with 2 chairs in the second bedroom for remote working.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating. The resort offers shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment including beach chairs, a buggy and an umbrella. You will also have a digital parking pass for one passenger vehicle.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

This unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator so must be able to climb stairs.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
