Sunshine Cottage, located on the lower level, features two bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Pine Cottage offers an additional two bedrooms, including one king bed and one queen bed, along with a sleeper sofa and a spacious layout designed for comfort.

Together, these two cottages offer four bedrooms, multiple sleeping areas, and ample living space, making it easy for your group to gather, dine, and enjoy time together while still having the flexibility to spread out.

Guests can also enjoy shared outdoor spaces throughout the property, including the pool, deck, grilling areas, and a shared exterior washer and dryer, all designed to enhance your beachside experience and capture the relaxed charm of island living.

Located just steps from the beach and a short distance from the popular John’s Pass Boardwalk, this combination is perfectly situated for both relaxation and local adventure.

Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. A signed rental agreement and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. Exterior security cameras are in place and record audio and video 24/7. Some areas of the property require stairs for access.
