Great beachfront condo

Lovely spacious condo with beautiful views, large balcony overlooking the ocean, and directly on the beach. The unit didn’t have many staples (paper towels, shampoo, oil, spices other than salt and pepper, extra toilet paper) so make sure to bring those, or buy them at one of the local stores. Also, the elevator wasn’t working during the duration of my stay, which was difficult for my 80 year old mother. Hurricane Helene had arrived shortly before my visit but the email from the property manager indicated the elevator was working at this condo. However, when Hurricane Milton hit and cut our stay short, the property manager was very accommodating on the shorter stay and provided a refund for the balance of the stay.

Clearwater Vacay

Our stay was great, with only one complaint that I pass along as information. We had a mobility-challenged person with us, so I often select a place, based also on the furniture. The living room furniture in the VRBO posting did not match the furniture on site, which was very low and difficult to get out of for someone with weak legs. This was the only disappointing aspect of the trip.

Great Family Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! Came for Spring Break with our grandchildren and 90 year old Dad—3 generations of us all together. The condo was our ‘base’ for excursions to Tampa Zoo, Spring Training games, Busch Gardens and Aquarium AND an AWESOME restful place for beaching and relaxation in between. Beautiful location and just north of all the crazy Clearwater beach spring break action so you can join in or stay away—whichever you prefer. Highly recommend this great place!
