Shores of Madeira #504 - Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is no pool, hot tub or patio at this time at The Shores of Madeira. It is possible the pool won't be available until May 2026. In addition, there is no direct beach access from the property. Construction is ongoing on the property as repairs are made.

Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Unbelievable direct beach front unit in Madeira Beach. Upper floor affords incredible views from the wraparound balcony. Totally updated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath beach home. 30 day minimum complex assures peace and quiet while you enjoy your time at the beach. Large living area with ample seating, large flat screen TV and highspeed WiFi. Queen in Master bedroom with flat screen TV and newly updated attached bath. Guest bedroom also has a queen and is adjacent to the 2nd bath in the hall. Updated gourmet kitchen with everything you would need to cook and entertain. Washer & Dryer room just off the kitchen. Views from Kitchen, Living area and Master Bedroom.

Large beach side heated pool and hot tub. BBQ grill available. Complex also has a large common room on the ground level that opens out to pool and patio area. The covered common area includes a bbq grill, kitchenette and a lending library. Out side there are two additional large bbq grills. A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to Supermarket, shopping, library, post office, restaurants, rec center, parks and beach pubs in the immediate neighborhood.

This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. In addition to the condo association forms, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. There is NO smoking inside this condominium. Smoking also is not allowed on the balcony of #504.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Located north of Famous John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.
