There was a bad flood here in Madeira. My rental was a disaster . UNKNOWN WHEN IT will be all new. rebuilt with new furn. and fixtures. All.

This coastal gem is on the first floor of a two-story building. No stairs to climb - directly on Gulf Blvd. Walk out the front door and view John's Pass to the south. Your private home is appointed with fine furnishings. Pack yourself a beach picnic in the kitchen or prepare something tasty to enjoy at the dining table for six. There's plenty of room to spread out in the living area while you stream your favorite movie on the ROKU smart TV.

This large ground floor vacation home is newly remodeled. There is a spacious living room, two bedrooms and one bath. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full size bottom.
All flat solid floors, no stairs. Walk out back door and a few steps to the beach.

The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, Convection Oven/Microwave Oven as well as Induction electric cook top. There is on site parking for 2 vehicles. .

Madeira beach vacation

Arrived on Monday no hot water filled propane on Tuesday we then had hot water. Note on table do not turn air to below 75 it was 106 with the heat index. Front door key was lost by previous renter not replaced did not know if it was rekeyed or not. Tuesday getting our plates found roaches/palmeto bugs in dishes. We left Wednesday morning and went somewhere else. Thanks Doug

Great place to stay.

We had a great time. Bobby’s place was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Close to the beach and John’s Pass. Bobby was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend. (There is no oven, although it is listed in the description.). Thanks for a great week!

July 4th vacation

We loved our stay! It is perfectly located to the beach and John's Pass. Once we parked our car we never used it till we checked out. It was clean, cozy, and had lots of room! Bobby was great and checked to see if we needed anything right when we checked in. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Relaxation

Great place and excellent location!

Our family had a wonderful time at this rental! It is soooo close to the beach and soooo close to John’s Pass. We could walk anywhere we needed to go the entire time, which was great! The beds were ALL very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, linens and lots of room for our whole family to hangout and relax. The property manager, Bobby, was so nice and welcoming too! We will certainly be coming back to this rental when we visit again!

Family Fun Time

The owner was very helpful and courteous. Wifi and Roku are provided. The property is a few steps from the beach, which had amazing sunsets. The bars, shops, and entertainment are located directly across the street! We particularly enjoyed going right across the street and enjoyed the fish tacos and a drink on the boardwalk...saw many dolphins & pelicans. There is also an amazing place to see hundreds of exotic animals at the Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center at John's Pass.
