Rooms felt super neglected, and in need of repairs, with wall paint and trim looking old and dirty, bathrooms were particularly bad, extremely crammed and low quality fixtures, with a lot of bubbled, peeling paint, with unfinished paint jobs that were applied over walls

Musty mildewy smell in our room and the hallway. Shower was small so if your a big guy like me it was pretty tight. Staff was nice and cleaners did a good job. Bed was probably the worst ive slept on at a hotel. Better bring a laptop or ipad to watch movies on because tv was bunny ears( like 6 channels)

Really convenient location and the price is right. Don’t go in expecting the Ritz and you’ll have good stay. Check in was quick and easy and we had no problem finding street parking close.

The whole place is running down, this is my 3rd time there, last time I was there it was 2022, when they said they will close for renovation, o saw it was open and decided to try and see how it looks now. Disappointed, rooms smell and sticky floor, not enough keys,

We had a 3rd floor room and was informed the elevator was not working. Went to take a shower in the morning and discovered there was no hot water in shower. They did send maintenance after 9 am to fix the shower fixture.

Strong start, when we go there the whole driveway was full of cars and no one was in them, and no one in the “valet” lot. My boyfriend stayed in the car outside and I ran in and asked where the valet was. The front desk proceeded to tell me it was quote-on-quote valet, but it was self service (so just a parking lot) for $10 but it’s full. So we drove around for 40 mins and found an overnight lot, walked 15 mins to the hotel and checked in. But then, my reservation was cancelled on their end! They couldn’t find the reservation at all even though I had it pulled up on my phone. They had to get the manager and the whole check in process was prolonged 20 mins because of this. Finally they got us our key, we found our room, and the key didn’t work! Lovely. I had to go back downstairs and get a new one. Finally got into the room, and it was gross! Carpets all stained, lamp was broken and hardly standing up, there was sharpie and paint written words all over the bathroom door, mirrors, and frames in the room. It was supposed to be city view, but we faced the not working and quite ugly pool. The paint was peeling of the walls, there was a random hole in the wall of the room, it was terrible. Luckily we just needed to sleep and the sheets were clean, but otherwise I would have left. I’ve stayed in some pretty terrible hotels around the world, but this one has gotta take the cake. It’s al least in a great location, but the hotel itself is run down, old, not taken care of, and not worth
