At the time of our stay, it appears this hotels opening day came long before their shipments had arrived. Strangely bare rooms and hallways, basic amenities were lacking (low quality shower curtain rods that fall mid shower, no hair dryer) Beds were comfy and space was very clean, front desk person was extremely nice. Housekeeping service is very minimal, no breakfast offerings. Parking lot is terrifying. It’s safe and clean if you need a place to sleep.

All king bed rooms are handicapped accessible. Way too big of an empty room. If you were handicapped the room is set up very poorly. Light switches, plugs very far away. Bad signage of where lobby is, which is on top floor of a separate building. Stupid!

This was the biggest disappointment. New building yes, but everything about it was difficult and the furthest from inviting. It started from the moment I tried to cancel my reservation and was not successful. My mom lives there and has the flu so I was requesting to candle days in advance which was disappointing. The check in is on the 3rd floor with no directions on how to find the lobby ON THE 3rd floor!! The parking garage by the pool was impossible to get in and out of, nothing in the room to give any tourists information, not one piece of anything including decor or even the smallest of having a hair dryer!! Again, it’s a new build and smells new but nothing welcoming or inviting. No information on the area for activities or dining. Nothing! I was lost the entire time and had to spend MORE MONEY then I already had on the room to buy things to make my visit more comfortable. I’m not one to complain at all and very appreciative of all things, but this was a disappointment and a waste of $500! Will not be back to this location and would appreciate a refund.

This is a new hotel and they are still working on some things to make it better. However the rooms are huge and very clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous as well as very accommodating. They just need more lighting by the bed area along with more outlets on both sides of the beds. Also, provide a copy of the channels in the room which would be more helpful for all ages of guests to be able to access because most seniors might not be able to download on their phones all the time. Have better signs about where to check in because I didn’t realize that I had to go up in the elevator for check-in. But overall I would rate this hotel a 4-5 but only for those little minor tweaks which should make the guests more happier to have access to those things I feel are important. Additionally to have the ability to have breakfast which I did see was work in progress. Cleanliness was awesome, beds were comfortable as well.
