Not only is the condo a great place to stay near the beach and amenities in St Pete, the host, Megan, is amazing! She worked with us on our travel issues that were unavoidable. She is helpful and communicates quickly. Would recommend this place 100 percent!

Nothing exceptional about this stay. Host was very responsive.2 of the 3 tvs did not work properly. Hot water was scarce. Dryer vent is jimmy rigged. Very basic upstairs unit.

I was very grateful for this kitchen - it was actually stocked really well with spices, oils, etc, which is rare in rentals now! If you don't want to cook, there were quite a few restaurants within quick walking distance which made things much easier. But let's get to the good stuff! The beach!!! It took a max of 5 mins to walk the block down to the beach, and I say 5 mins because I had kids with me so it likely will take less than 5 mins if no kids. I absolutely love this beach and have been there many times, and this location is amazing. Within the condo is a washer & dryer, plenty of beach stuff to bring to the water, and the condo is extremely spacious and updated. For anyone wondering, because this is important to some, the showers have great pressure! The owner is very kind and has wonderful communication. Hope to visit again soon!!!

Quick trip to St Pete Beach

Property was perfect for our short getaway. Great location…short walk to beach and restaurants. Clean, neat, and comfortable. Owner communicated quickly and was very helpful. Easy check-in and nice neighbors. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect place for a getaway. St. Pete beach is beautiful. The condo is an amazing location. You really do not need a vehicle at this location. Beach, restaurants, bakery and shops are a short walk. Condo is clean and efficient. Great place for a small family or couple.

Great condo on St Pete Beach

This was the perfect 2nd floor condo with just a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and great to work with! I highly recommend this for anyone seeking 2BR/2BA accommodations.

Shortened Stay due to Helene

Megan was a great host and communicated promptly from beginning. This is the 4th time we have stayed at The Waves, yet this was the best unit by far! The property has been updated and has plenty of space for the whole family. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short and go to Orlando because of Hurricane Helene. Megan was very quick to respond once evacuation notices came out and refunded us right away. I hope everything is okay with this great little condo after the storms. Will definitely be back in the future!

Great St. Pete Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was very spacious, clean, and well laid out, with everything we needed for dining in, with a great location for exploring the nearby dining scene and of course hitting the beach! Laundry in the unit was an added bonus. We also appreciated the lightning quick response from our host- when we first arrived, the water was not turned on; we messaged her through VRBO and she called me within 5 minutes, to let me know she had contacted the property manager and that everyone was already sorting things out. Luckily, within 15 minutes the water was on- some scheduled maintenance for the whole property had been delayed by a day, and things quickly resolved. I was really happy to get in touch with someone so quickly, having heard horror stories. Not here! And it was a fantastic stay. We will definitely be looking for this place again the next time we are in the area!

Waves close to the Beach and Woody's.

The property was located just two blocks from Upham Beach. Very spacious and comfortable two bedroom, two bath overlooking the pool. Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and towels provided for two people. Restaurants, shops, bakeries, convenience store, ice cream within walking distance. Loved it all.

Place was very clean and orderly. We left a day early. Very noisy. They were replacing the roof, and had large equipment in back replacing the telephone poles.
