This 3-bedroom, 3-bath north-facing Gulf-front condo offers breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and sparkling blue waters. With only five three-bedroom condos in the entire resort, this 1,740 sq. ft. retreat features two private balconies and two spacious primary suites, perfect for families and groups.

The first primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony with ocean views, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bath with a dual vanity and large jetted tub. The second primary bedroom also features a king bed, private bath, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of space for the whole family, with access to a second private balcony.

Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen! Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking in one of the Jacuzzis, or letting little ones splash in the kiddie pool. Mornings start right with fresh coffee and pastries at the onsite caf, while evenings invite relaxation with a tropical drink in the lush courtyard.

Just minutes away, John's Pass Village offers a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and water excursions, from dolphin tours to mini-golf. Or dive into Treasure Island's adventures, including fishing, parasailing, and jet skiing.

Beautiful place to stay right on the water! Pros: We loved the view and the space was great for our family. The rooms were much bigger than I pictured and the large closets were great for napping babies. Pool, hot tub, and access to beach were very easy and convenient. The on-site restaurant was good too. Sandcastle Realty was very helpful with issues that came up. The location was very convenient to John’s pass, restaurants, etc. Cons: not sure if this was just the time we happened to go, but the ocean water wasn’t as clear as we pictured. It was clearer on beaches further south. One of the bathrooms was very dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. That was strange that it looked like it hadn’t even been touched. The hot water for 2 bathrooms wasn’t working upon arrival, but we called and they had someone out within 20 minutes. Turns out the breaker had tripped for one of the water heaters, and the worker just needed to get it back on power. It worked well after that. He also replaced the shower head in the dirty bathroom because it looked corroded, and then also cleaned the bathroom. I was impressed with how quickly they handled our issues. Another con was I specifically asked if there was a pack n play for my baby, and was told there wasn’t one so I rented one through a service. When we arrived, I saw a pack n play in the closet. It seems as if management isn’t quite up to date on the exact amenities at the condo.Overall we had a great stay and would go back!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the condo very much. The only disappointment was that we couldnt get the jetted tub to work. We did not notify property manager as it was the last night and we were leaving in the morning. Other than that, everthing was amazing.

Good and Bad

We had high hopes for this unit, as it had a great rating. The first thing I noticed was that the refrigerator was dirty, the second thing I noticed was the white cloth couch was very stained and dirty looking. And besides the unit needing a nice refresher, there was a roach infestation. My sister and I killed roaches every single day in the kitchen and in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower of the second master bathroom. The location was amazing and the resort is great, but I would rather not stay in this unit until it is updated and fumigated.
Roach on a roll of toilet paper this morning. We found at least one or two each day.

Beautiful place ..

This condo is just beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Only drawback was that there is only one operating elevator that makes a few odd noises. The only reason for the 4 star rating. We would love to stay again if the opportunity comes along.
