Newly renovated 2nd floor corner unit with lots of light. One bedroom, king size platform bed with sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a fishing dock and boat dock, along with a cabana with a tv and refrigerator for relaxation if you want to watch the dolphins or hang out with friends. Enjoy our heated pool during the day or hang out at the beach. (Boat slips available, please reserve ahead.)
Parking:
You are allotted one parking space. There is currently no assigned parking, so use any space that is convenient for you - just please let us know if you have visitors that need an additional one during your stay.
Laundry:
We have - one each - a washer and dryer that can accept coins, or you can use a credit card via the phone app, PayRange. Sorry, but we do not have change machines or vending machines for laundry supplies.
The guest laundry can be accessed through the entrance behind the office. Please text me, Scott, at 727-748-2848 for a door code to use for entry.
