The views are amazing from the living space and the balcony. Once you arrive at this beachside complex, you will amazed at all it has to offer. The condo is located on the 2nd floor and recently renovated. It is designed for your beach vacay as we have thought of everything a traveler will need. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined living, dining and sleeping area. There is a new king bed and the couch converts into a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and a small balcony where you can overlook the pool.

The Pool is open and heated year-round! We provide beach chairs, umbrella and a buggy.

Guests have full access to the private studio condo, balcony with Gulf views, and resort amenities like charcoal grills and outdoor seating. Enjoy the heated pool and beach access just steps away, plus parking for one vehicle, Wi-Fi, and complimentary beach gear for carefree coastal days.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

This studio condo is on the 2nd floor accessible only by stairs, the building does NOT have an elevator.
Several condos nearby are in various stages of construction following last years hurricanes.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
