When we arrived at the location at 10pm. The Staff gave our suite away and told us there were fully booked out. We called customer service of Expedia to help us find a replacement. But they were just as unsupportive as the staff at Uptown Suites. Never will book there again!

We never fully checked in. This hotel/ motel, was very un kept. The pool was dirty and out of service. There was no check in area, it looked more like a un organized storage closet. I waited 5 mins for someone to help me check in. She was dressed in pjs hair a mess and thrown up wearing slippers. We decided not to stay because I knew this for sure had bed bugs. I’m a shocked that hotels.com even list this place. You couldn’t pay me to sleep there.

They only issue one key and it only goes to the bottom lock not the deadbolt. The staff doesn't even have a spare key for times of being locked out of your room because the second guest had the key and was not able to get back to the hotel in time. My room had a microwave and it didn't work. They don't offer toilet paper replacements, clean towels, etc. I had to clean before I could rest.

Horrible service. Everything was dirty. The whole building is having mold & dilapidated. They don’t have hotel card keys or maid service! Might have to sell back to the bank before they get shutdown!

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly awful and people deserve to be warned. The moment we walked into the room, we knew something was wrong. The bed sheets had visible stains and even cigarette burns, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was just as bad, it was dirty, grimy, and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The entire room felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and nothing like the photos advertised online. We immediately asked for a refund, but the property refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
