the rooms were terrible, the closets had no doors and one room had no door, 2 of TV 's didn't work, and the one that work the remote control didn't work,and had no volume.Over all didn't look clean and need repairs and need painting. It had roaches and a rats. The entire rooms needed updated.

Better furniture in the room housekeeping could have been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom and the floors could have been mopped better they were tiled floors

Should never take 45 minutes to check in. Especially when you advertise the desk is open til 9pm, and there's not one thing on any page for expedia about a $250 deposit. Definitely womt be back, though location and room are good. How is it that a manager cant check someone in?
