Your private balcony has plenty of space for dining or relaxing and provides a spectacular wide open water view of the Bay. Dolphins and manatees are regular visitors to the area, and you are welcome to use the community boat dock for kayaking, paddleboards, fishing, or getting a closer look at the wildlife!



We're just a short walk over to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the large local grocery store. Near some fantastic Restaurants, Bars, and Shopping in the downtown Treasure Island area.
