The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. HOA Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. This is a mandatory HOA policy.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you will have full access to the entire apartment and all the resort amenities. Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry facilities; machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry, while larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.



Important Parking Information:

Each reservation is limited to one vehicle and one designated parking space only. You NEED the parking pass. If you don't use it, you will be towed (not by us, by the HOA - we have no say).

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Pack 'n Plays: Must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking to confirm.

Supplies & Towels: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; use the in-unit washer/dryer to refresh. For stays of 5+ nights, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

Items Left Behind: Guests are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for returned items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once guests depart.

Management: This unit is professionally managed by The Tampa Collection, a licensed third-party management company. We have no formal affiliation with the Coral Resort or control over shared amenities.
