Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire resort and its amenities.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.

This unit is professionally managed by The Tampa Collection, a licensed 3rd party management company. We do not have any formal affiliation with the Coral Resort nor do we have any control or care over the shared amenities. Our team is available 24/7 for your questions, concerns, and safety. Just text or call us at your convenience!



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



⚠️ General construction has been completed throughout the property. There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule. There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building. All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed. Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.

This is a resort with 25 units so interaction is likely.
