West Coast Vista 3C - BEACH FRONT CONDO!
Beautiful Gulf front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a split floor plan providing two separate living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer provides all the comforts of home. This completely renovated condo has a fresh clean look. All new furniture, including mattresses (2019) make this the perfect vacation getaway. The Gulf-front dining/living room provides amazing views of the beach and magnificent sunsets. The living room has a sliding glass door to the balcony, a flat-screen TV mounted with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom, and slider to a private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, a TV, and a slider to a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The second living area also opens to the Intracoastal side balcony and has a TV with a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities to make the perfect meal. The dining table is perfect for that memorable meal or family game night. The inside utility room has a wash sink and full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. The property provides a beach side heated pool with deck chairs and loungers. There is a charcoal grill to use near the pool area. No grilling on balconies is permitted.
