We had an amazing time here! The trolley was free at the time of our stay but we walked almost everywhere! Jet ski rental was right next door at Shepards, so very convenient! The pool bar was under construction but they made do with a pop up tent! The staff was friendly! We had our 3 boys with us (17,17, and 7) and we all had the best time. I would come back in a heart beat!

Decent hotel but every time we approached a female front staff member (2 of them specifically), they acted like it was an inconvenience to them to help us. Customer service was overall terrible. It was clear they did not want to be there.

The best part of this hotel is the short beach. It is a very easy beach to get to, I have some mobility issues and it is just perfect. A great beach for children. They have food and bar service, also on the beach and Candice went above and beyond with her great service. Tiffany at the front desk was also great.

The day time front desk woman could be more personable being she’s the first face you’re likely to interact with. Toiletries had to be requested as housekeeping never stopped once and there was no indication they wouldn’t stop. Beach attendants and bar grill staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great family property!

We had a great stay at Winter The Dolphin’s Beach Club! The private beach was beautiful and not crowded. There were plenty of seats at both the beach and pool. The live music was a nice touch. The room was quiet and well appointed although it could have used some updating. The room was clean overall with some problem areas (some hairballs in the bathroom that we could easily clean up ourselves), but it would have been nice to have some kind of doormat to catch all the sand! Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located in an excellent part of the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly beach vacation!

New favorite

It was our 1st time at Winter and it did not disappoint!!! I can’t say enough about this hotel. Very clean. Kids get free breakfast everyday at Cabana’s. The staff is AMAZING! The private beach is wonderful! They did an Easter egg hunt for the kids with lots of goodies and even had live bunnies and chicks. We are already planning to come back next year!!

Perfect choice for a 1 night stay while waiting to fly home after a cruise. Staff kept our luggage in a locked room with cameras while we waited beach-side for our room to be ready. And our room was ready earlier than 4! Will return in the future.
