The Little River Motel was our choice because we needed 2 nights in St. Regis, we had dogs, and we were going rafting on the St. Joe River. It is more like a campground with cabins, than a standard motel. The beds were wonderful. The herd of Elk that visited morning and evening were almost tame and fun to watch. We loved the outdoors and the whole envinronment. We will be ack.

What a great find! This was a travel back in time. Everything we needed for our overnight stay. Clean, great bed and linens. It is just off the highway, but still quiet (#7). Next time, and there will be a next time, we will request a cabin for a truly nostalgic experience.

Cute motel in St. Regis

The Little River Motel is a cute cabin style motel. It's right on the interstate (and probably predates the interstate by several years). Linda made it easy to check in and out. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean.

The room (#8) was small & not new but clean & well-maintained, the bed comfortable. There were written instructions for the television setup & other things needed. The heater worked well, but is VERY loud when it turned on (woke me up more than once). Linda was friendly and efficient.

Cool place, really Vintage cabins, early 60s. Tiny, cozy, the way lodging used to be. Very clean. Some upgrades over the years, but still a throwback. I would stay again.
