The VRBO is in a convenient area for all outdoor recreational, sporting events and activities, such as Hunting, fishing, camping, and canoeing. The VRBO owner has Hunting property also available for those who are requesting private property to hunt on for an additional charge.

The guest can use the entire house except for the garage, there is driveway parking. The guest may not enter any locked areas.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
NO SMOKING on the Property! Please wear shoe clovers over outdoor shoes inside the House. Empty all trash and place in trashcan outside. Take trash out in the curb on Tuesdays before 10AM.
Strip all sleep-in beds and place linens on the bedroom floor Place used towels on bathroom floor Place all dirty dishes in dish washer and start washer
Please do not leave any food behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was perfect for our family’s stay for Graduation from basic. It was perfect to hang out at with our soldier. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The home was clean and well put together. Would stay again. Thank you!!

Great place to stay. Just off the freeway, neighborhood is quiet, home is in a safe area. Rooms were great, only minor concern is the stairs and not having a baby gate, however because of how the home was set up the stairs were not a big issue. Check-in and out was very easy. There is a security/motion camera that is in the rear to warn others from going off too far into the woods. I was so grateful for that safety feature and the hosts were very proactive and responded to q’s quickly.

This home is very spacious and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and yet only minutes away from stores, restaurants. It’s perfect for families visiting their loved ones at Ft Leonard Wood as we were, just a short drive to the gate.
