The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and sliding door access to the outdoor patio and the common area fire pit. The second level features a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new cabinets, which opens up to a great living room/dining room/entertainment area. From the living room you will have sliding glass door access to the newly enlarged deck with table seating for four and a chaise lounge. You have a partial ocean view from the deck. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
