Wow, this place is wonderful! The kitchen is huge for a rental with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The family room is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are nice and set up for a friend's trip or a families vacation. The location is wonderful as well a lot of things close by. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful stay on St. Simons! It is in a great location. The owner was so sweet, thoughtful and the house is stocked! Excellent stay at the townhouse that was Quiet and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Central and Close to all places on the island. Neighborhood has a pool, but we did not use it and easy walking the dog.

Great Getaway

The home is much larger than the photos convey. The location is very close to shops/restaurants and a quick drive to the beach. We’ve been coming to St Simons for years, and we really enjoyed our time here! Great place if you have more family and enjoy time together.

Wonderful Townhome

We had an excellent experience at Jennifer's townhome! The kids loved having their own rooms. It was a very short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beach! Very close to a grocery store, restaurants, & a movie theater. Also not too bad of a drive to Brunswick for more restaurants. A great place to bring our dog with her own bed & bowls for water and food. Jennifer had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels so that was one less thing we had to pack! Thanks for a nice place to stay!

Awesome Thanksgiving stay

We were here with our family for Thanksgiving. The house is extremely clean, modern, spacious and perfectly stocked for anything you would need. All 3 beds are extremely comfortable. We rent on Saint Simons multiple times each year and this property is way above the normal standard of vacation rentals. I couldn’t recommend it more!
