Look no further, you have the opportunity to stay in this completely renovated luxury home with one of the most amazing pools you will find on East Beach. This home is situated on a quiet street in a walkable and/or bike friendly neighborhood. The large fenced in back yard (for "East Beach" standards) provides a safe place for the kids to play.

This home is great for multi-generation vacations so you can all spending quality time being together at the beach, pool or hot tub, but also spend some quiet alone time reading on one of the home's various decks.

If you need to work while on vacation this home has a sound proof office on the ground floor and high speed internet (200 mps).

Not only is the house and the pool amazing, but the location is wonderful. The home is overlooking the marsh and is a block and a block and a half away from the beach. East Beach offers sand and beach at both high and low tide, and the 8th Street entrance offers a shorter walk to the beach than other entrances closer to the Coast Guard Station.

This home offers every amenity you could want. When you walk through the front door off the large front deck with views of the marsh, you will find a large open great room, kitchen and sunroom. The kitchen is quaint and very open. Fully equipped with a coffee maker (drip and Keurig), ice cream maker, breadmaker, juicer and all of the cookware you may need.

Just off the great room is the master suite with a luxurious master bath, walk in closet, and french doors opening to the second floor deck with more views of the marsh. Also upstairs is a half-bath.

Travel downstairs and you will find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and downstairs living area. The downstairs living area doubles as our 4th bedroom because it comes complete with a king posturepedic mattress atop the hidden murphy bed. Also downstairs is an outdoor shower.

The most amazing feature of this house is the pool. Walk outside to the breathtaking pool which wraps along the property and ends with a lavish hot tub. Want to shower outside, take advantage of the private large outdoor shower (hot and cold water) on the back patio. Its perfect after a day at the beach or even just for your daily shower routine.

No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or anywhere on the property in general.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

My husband and I had an amazing stay with our two dogs. The check in was straight forward. The house is stunning! The kitchen had plenty of appliances and pantry space. There were several helpful items already available like spices, oil, sugar, etc. Bob was kind enough to have some snacks and beverages on arrival since we had a long drive there. Bob was very helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The backyard is incredible. It is fully fenced in so our dogs had a lot of space to roam safely. The pool and hot tub were amazing and put to good use! We did not have any issues with their functionality. There were plenty of outdoor activities available that would be great when it’s warmer out. The area is very nice and it was a short walk to the beach. It’s also a convenient location regardless since it takes about 5-10 min to drive to most places in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was hands down the best place we have stayed. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The house was exactly as it is shown, if not better. I can't tell you how many places we have booked, and when we arrived, they did not look anywhere near as nice. The house, the pool, the hot tub, and the grounds were wonderful. Bob was an amazing host. He took the time to make sure we knew how to use everything, and he gave us recommendations on restaurants, local music, and the area. He spent time making sure we had a great time. The beach was very close and beautiful. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the host. We are already talking about returning. Trust me, you will love this place. Thank you, Bob!

We had a great stay. The house and property were fantastic and Bobby was an amazing host. It’s in a beautiful quiet location, but still close to restaurants and shops; we spent more time riding bikes to eat than driving. It’s also a short walk to a great beach. The house itself was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The fully fenced yard has beautiful landscaping and an incredible pool. Bobby was helpful and responsive and offered us great recommendations especially for local live music. We’d definitely stay again.

Bob was the most wonderful host and we enjoyed all the incredible amenities at his beautiful home. The pool was divine, perfect for families with young children or for couples wanting to sunbathe. This home has everything you can think of to enjoy a beach day or a pool day. The blackout curtains were perfect for sleeping in. And the windows throughout the home showcased both the sunset over the marsh as well as the moonlight over the ocean. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week at this property. The house is extremely comfortable, and the arrangement allows for both activity and privacy. The pool was great, and the beach access really easy. Great meals at the big dining room table, but the island was so much fun that we enjoyed the restaurants and low key indoor/outdoor dining spots. The owner, Bob, was available if needed. Highly recommend!

What a memorable stay! The house had plenty of room for six adults and two dogs. It was easy to spend time together, but also nice to have room to spread out for quiet time or working.The location was great. The beach is a quick walk away, and being further from the public parking area made it feel a lot more peaceful. Compared to most popular beaches in the summer, there were just the right amount of other beach-goers to make it truly enjoyable. There was also plenty of beach gear at the house, including chairs, coolers, tents, umbrellas, etc. The backyard and pool area were a big highlight of the trip. We spent a ton of time outside. The pool is bigger and nicer than most vacation rentals, and the setup made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. The marsh view was really nice too, especially at sunset.The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Bob was extremely responsive and helpful, we really appreciated how easy he made everything.Overall, it was a great spot for a family trip. We'd definitely stay here again!!Mike

We had a great stay at this home. We go to St. Simons every summer and always stay in East Beach. This home had easy access to the beach, the living space was very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5 and the backyard is fully fenced and dog friendly. Bob was very available and responsive to all our needs and we would definitely stay here again!
