Beautiful 3Br - walking distance to the beach, village, Pickleball and pier

Great location- ALL GROUND FLOOR - Beach, village, pier, Mallery park, restaurants, and shops just minutes away! On a corner lot and huge fenced in backyard. One car garage and laundry room, chef's kitchen and lots of space with marble floors and a gorgeous bathroom. Inside the garage there are 4 adult BIKES. We do not have any kids bicycles nor do we have any safety equipment like helmets for the bikes as well.
No Smoking
Pet Friendl! Small trained dog. For a nightlygee of $50 per night plus fees/tax. this cottage can be rented with another unit which is totally separated, separate entry, kitchen, bed and bad, living and dining and separate lawn, separate patio and parking. This could be perfect for two families traveling together. Just ask about the smaller unit in your inquiry..

Nice place. Location is the best

I loved the location. I do wish it was a bit cleaner. Also the all the doors are glass so you can't even go to the bathroom at night without lighting up the bedrooms. The place does not have TV. You have to use the internet if you want to watch sports. Bring your own toilet paper. If you like multiple covers bring them because there are no extra blankets. We would stay there again but we would bring something to cover the doors.

We did enjoy our stay

We were disappointed in how dirty the home was. Dirty washcloths even on the bathroom floor when we checked in. My bedroom door knobs fell off the first night, microwave didn't work and other small issues. The owner tried to help, but we didn't want to stay at home for repairs. We cleaned and tried to ignore the other problems.
