Adorable one-story vacation home (no stairs!) in charming East Beach neighborhood is ready-made for carefree getaway, with an in- ground pool and decorative splashes of seaside living adorning this well- kept bungalow. Short path to beach starts less than 200 yards down the street.

Great ambiance inside and out! Floor-to-ceiling LR windows draw in lots of natural light. Separate family room lets your party spread out comfortably. Home sleeps 6, with 2
queen beds plus twin beds. All-tile flooring throughout. Well-equipped galley kitchen. Two smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi. Washer-dryer. Screened-in back porch perfect for entertaining. Lush vegetation and some high fencing enhance backyard privacy.
Hot/cold outdoor shower by pool.
- Hot Tub instructions:
1: We will only heat up the hot tub for 3 hours per day - just let us know what time (Note, air blower/bubbles does not work)
2: To heat the hot is no extra charge. 3 consecutive hours, if you want to change the times it will be easier for us to program ahead of time to have different hours, thank you.
