Welcome to Folly Flats! This newly updated coastal retreat is just steps from the shoreline and offers the perfect getaway. Unit A is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. With the beach only a short stroll away (0.1 miles), the famous St. Simons pier less than a mile from your door (0.8 miles), and endless dining, shops, and entertainment in every direction, the location couldn’t be more ideal.
The property is packed with amenities to make your stay extra special. Take a dip in the brand-new, fenced pool (heating available during cooler months for an additional fee), rinse off in the outdoor shower, practice your swing on the putting green, or gather around the fire pit after grilling dinner in the outdoor lounge area.
Traveling with more friends or family? Ask about renting Units B and/or C in addition to Unit A. Unit B is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that sleeps 2 more guests, while Unit C offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths for up to 4 additional guests.
The Space:
Unit A sits conveniently on the ground floor and features a spacious covered porch and no stairs required! Inside, you’ll find an airy, open layout with a comfortable living area, dining table, and kitchenette stocked with new furnishings and appliances. While there isn’t a FULL oven indoors, a gas grill is available outside for your cooking needs. Down the hall, you’ll discover a washer/dryer for your convenience, a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed and generous closet space.

Guests are allowed one vehicle. Please be mindful that other guests may be staying in other units and will park as well.

The property sits on the main strip of the island, Ocean BLVD! You are just minutes away from the beach, pier, and restaurants!
