From here you can easily rent a golf cart, bike, or take a walk around our lovely island and enjoy every bit of your vacation. It's also only ~2 miles to the beach! If you get tired of sightseeing, relax by the pool or sweat it out at the fitness center - both are located right outside the door.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sitting area perfect for reading a good book. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The full-sized washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and third bedroom only. There is no cable at this property, but all 3 TVs are set up for streaming. There is also a quaint screened porch, perfect for breezy evenings if you enjoy the outdoors! COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.

VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee. All reservations, booked through Vrbo or not, are subject to our company's policies as outlined in our rental agreement.
