This development of town homes is fairly new to St. Simons and is conveniently located on the Island with easy access coming on and off the Island as well as many Island amenities. Grocery stores and many shops are within a half mile.

The town home is the definition of classic seaside style. Coastal details include wood floors throughout, a classic, calming color scheme with comfortable furnishings. The front entry hallway features a washroom for convenience and two closets to hang items or kick off sandy shoes. The main level has an open living and kitchen space as well as a dining table to seat 6. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and beautiful deep sink, making for a pleasant cooking space. A small patio area is accessible from the living room overlooking the duck pond.

The second level features a master suite with King bed and small closet for storage as well as a full walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and floor space. The master bathroom has a spacious his and hers sink area, deep bath tub, shower, and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. On the same level are two additional bedrooms and one full bath. For your convenience the washer/dryer is also on this level.

Minutes away from restaurants and activities and close to the beautiful Island beaches, this townhome has it all.

Additional housekeeping will be provided for multiple month stays.

Wonderful

The stay was amazing. Check in was not so good. We did not receive we did not receive our code to the front door until we finally got in touch with the office. We arrived at our destination at 4:30 m and didn’t get in until 7:3.
