Escape to the beach whenever the mood strikes at Seahaven 1529, your perfect coastal retreat. Just a leisurely stroll or a quick one-minute golf cart ride brings you to the beloved Coast Guard Station beach entrance, ensuring you’re never far from the sun, sand, and surf.
THE SPACE
Our cozy townhome comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 3 children, with a charming bunk room designed especially for the little ones. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a relaxing retreat with friends, Seahaven offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your beachside adventure.

The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
