Enjoy evening breezes and spectacular sunsets from the large front porch overlooking the western marsh—the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Step inside to a bright open floor plan, where the living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with seating for three. The dining table seats four, and the living room features plush seating around a 75-inch flat panel TV, perfect for movie nights or watching the big game.

The main-level master suite offers queen bedding, a 55-inch TV, and an en-suite bath for added privacy. Upstairs, two dormer-style bedrooms each have their own en-suite bath—one with two full beds and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have 50-inch flat panel TV's. A cozy upstairs sitting area with a 50-inch TV makes for a great bonus hangout spot.
