Your vacation retreat is calling. Adorable condo nestled on the serene south end of the Island. This beautifully decorated coastal haven offers an open-concept living space and access to a refreshing pool. The fun stuff is nearby. You'll be ideally situated to enjoy all the local attractions.

THE SPACE
This is a second floor unit. You enter the second set of stairs on the right in the 600 block of Harbour Oaks.

Step inside to find a spacious and inviting common area, thoughtfully adorned with coastal décor, providing everything you and your family need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a quaint dining experience. A Keurig duo is provided.

Bedroom 1: The primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed, ample closet space and TV (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 1: A private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a step-in shower

Bedroom 2: Cozy Twin sleeper room (sleeps 2) – Note: This will be changing to a King bed by the end of September.

Bathroom 2: Ensuite bath with combination tub/shower

Other: Queen sleeper sofa in common living space (sleeps 2)

Pool is not heated and is open seasonally. Typical open dates are Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Pool is maintained by the Home Owners Association.

No gas grill.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
